Christmas 2016 Order Deadlines
Below are our Christmas Ordering Deadlines for 2016. If you request a proof, it will be sent to you within 72 hours. Please respond to that email within 48 hours of receipt to confirm that you will receive the product in time for Christmas. If you have not responded to the proof by the deadline, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery.
Plates, Platters, Playing Cards, Bowls, and Trays – November 23rd
Standard, Tough and Extreme Cases – December 1th
All Electronic Decals – December 1th
All Remaining Products – December 2nd
If a proof is requested, it will be emailed to the address submitted with your order within 3 business days. The order will not be processed until the proof is approved.
Our standard turnaround time is up to 10 business days, plus ship time, after all information is received, the invoice is paid, and a proof (if requested) is approved. All orders are filled in the order they are placed and products cannot be rushed. They are worth the wait!
As soon as your product has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Products are shipped as soon as they are completed, so keep in mind that your products may arrive in separate packages at different times.
If you need a product by a certain date, please ask us if it is possible BEFORE placing your order. Just stating that you need something by a specific date in your notes, will not guarantee that it will be there in time.
Due to not having control over the postal services, we do not guarantee in-hand dates, only the date that we will ship by. Please keep this in mind when placing orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
Since your product is custom made just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds. Because of our fast turnaround time on products, your order may not be canceled and a refund will not be issued.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within two business days from date of delivery so we can help you with our claim process.
Our products are warranted for 30 days (after the tracking number confirms delivery) for any type of damage – including the chipping of phone cases. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product and we will help you with our warranty process.
Email and Holidays
Orders, emails and other related activities are only processed during business days. All orders and emails are processed in the order they are received. Due to extensive email volume, please allow 1-3 business days for us to get back to you via email. Furthermore, processing times may be delayed during select times of the year due to holidays and reduced staff during trade shows.
